Onsite IT supportas far north as it needs to go.

We put qualified technicians on the ground for onsite IT support and field engineering anywhere in Sweden, from Stockholm to Kiruna, and across Norway, Denmark and Finland — and run the Microsoft 365 environment behind them. One Swedish supplier, correct local employment, no office of your own required.

What we are asked for

Most engagements start with one of these and grow into two.

  • Onsite support

Deskside support, hardware break-fix, imaging and rollouts, smart hands in server rooms. Scheduled visits or dispatch against your ticket queue.

    How dispatch works
  • Microsoft 365 and Intune

Tenant configuration, Entra ID and conditional access, Autopilot provisioning, compliance policies, and PowerShell automation for the administration nobody wants to do by hand.

    What we manage
  • IT recruitment

Technicians, service desk staff and Microsoft 365 engineers recruited for you to employ directly, screened by the engineers who do the same work themselves.

    How we screen
  • Data centre cleaning

Contamination control in computer rooms and technical spaces — subfloor voids, rack exteriors, filters and plenums — worked around live equipment with HEPA extraction and ESD-safe materials.

    How the work is controlled
  • IT resourcing

Technicians supplied to IT companies that hold the client but not the geography. We recruit, employ compliantly in the host country, and invoice you as a single vendor.

National reach, without national pricing

The technical work is rarely the hard part. Reaching the site is.

We cover the whole of Sweden, from Malmö to Kiruna, and work across Norway, Denmark and Finland. That is unusual for a supplier of our size, and it is deliberate: the value of a field services partner is that you can hand over every site, not the convenient ones.

Most national providers concentrate their staff around Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. The further a site sits from those three, the longer the response and the higher the travel charge. We work the other way round, with delivery capacity in the north as well as the south, so a site above the 64th parallel is quoted like any other.

We work from two bases rather than one. The northern operation runs out of Skellefteå and covers Norrland and the interior. The southern operation covers Stockholm, Roslagen and the surrounding county. Between them, the two ends of the country that are usually quoted as exceptions are both ordinary working days. More on Stockholm, Gothenburg and Skellefteå and Norrland.

Outside Sweden we place technicians through local employment partners, so payroll, insurance and collective agreement obligations are handled correctly in the country where the work happens while your contract and invoice stay with one Swedish company.

One supplier, one contract

ArcTech North is the IT services division of Serviceförmedlingen Norr AB.

You contract with an established Swedish limited company, org.nr 559280-8793, registered for F-skatt and VAT. The entity on the agreement is the entity on the invoice, and it can be verified in the Swedish company register before you sign anything.

That parent company also runs a moving, storage and facilities operation with its own vehicles and field staff. It is why we can reach sites economically that a pure IT supplier would have to price as an exception — and why an office relocation and the IT setup can be delivered as one project, by one supplier, on one invoice.

Company details and vendor credentials

Who we have worked for

Usually we are the supplier behind another supplier. That shapes what we can tell you, and it is worth reading why.

Most of our field work reaches its end client through a partner: an IT service provider that holds the contract and brings us in for the geography or the capacity it does not have. Technicians we have placed have worked on assignments for organisations in telecommunications, energy and utilities, and global IT outsourcing, at sites in Sweden and elsewhere in the Nordics.

  • Telecommunications

Field engineering and site work at operator and carrier premises, contracted through partner providers.

  • Energy and utilities

Onsite technical work at utility sites, including access-controlled and security-screened locations.

  • Global IT services

Capacity supplied to international outsourcing providers delivering into Swedish sites.

We do not publish those organisations’ names or logos. The partner owns the client relationship, and naming their client on our website is theirs to authorise, not ours. Where a partner gives written consent, we provide the reference to you directly during evaluation.

If you are considering subcontracting to us, that restraint is the point: your client’s name would get exactly the same treatment.

Common questions

Short answers. Longer detail sits on the service pages.

What does ArcTech North do?

ArcTech North supplies onsite IT field technicians, Microsoft 365 engineering and data centre cleaning to businesses and IT service providers throughout Sweden and across Scandinavia. Clients use us when they need qualified hands at a physical site, or a specialist to run cloud identity and endpoint management, without hiring locally.

Can you name your clients?

Not without permission. Most of our field work reaches its end client through a partner provider who holds that contract, and naming their client is theirs to authorise rather than ours. Named references are supplied directly during evaluation where the contracting partner gives written consent.

Which areas do you cover?

The whole of Sweden, from Malmo to Kiruna, including sites well outside the major cities. We also deliver assignments in Norway, Denmark and Finland. Coverage outside the largest urban areas is the reason most clients come to us rather than a purely metropolitan supplier.

Which company will I contract with?

You contract with Serviceförmedlingen Norr AB, org.nr 559280-8793, a Swedish limited company registered for F-skatt and VAT. ArcTech North is the trading name of its IT services division. The entity on the contract is the entity on the invoice.

Do you work for other IT service providers?

Yes. A large part of our work is subcontracted delivery for IT companies that hold the client relationship but have no technician near the site. We work under your ticketing system, your processes and your brand where required.

Can you deliver outside Sweden?

Yes. We staff assignments in Norway, Denmark and Finland through local employment partners, so payroll, insurance and collective agreement obligations are handled correctly in the country where the work happens. Your contract and invoicing stay with the Swedish entity.

How quickly can you start?

For a single technician at an existing location, typically two to four weeks from a signed agreement. Cross-border placements take longer because local employment onboarding usually runs about one week on top of recruitment.
