Onsite support and field services

Qualified technicians at your sites anywhere in Sweden, and across Norway, Denmark and Finland — on a schedule, on dispatch, or resident full time.

Onsite IT support is the work that cannot be done over a remote session: hardware replaced, devices imaged and handed to a user, cabling patched, access points mounted, a server rebooted by someone standing next to it. It is also the work national providers price highest, because their staff are concentrated in the south.

We deliver it as a subcontractor to IT companies who hold the client relationship, and directly to businesses that have sites but no local IT presence.

Common questions

What is onsite IT support?

Onsite IT support is technical work that has to be done physically at a location: replacing hardware, imaging and handing over devices, patching network cabling, installing access points, or acting as remote hands for an engineer working elsewhere. It is the part of IT that cannot be delivered over a remote session.

How does dispatch work?

You raise a ticket with the site address and the task. We confirm the visit window, send a technician, and return a written report with photographs where relevant. Billing is per visit or per hour against an agreed response window, with no minimum commitment.

What response times can you commit to?

Response times are agreed per site, because they depend on distance. In our core regions we generally work to next-business-day attendance, with same-day available on contracted sites. We quote realistic windows rather than headline numbers we cannot hold.

Do your technicians work under our processes?

Yes. On resourcing and dispatch engagements our technicians work in your ticketing system, follow your escalation paths, and can present under your brand at the client site where the contract requires it.

Can you handle an office move and the IT setup together?

Yes, and this is unusual. Our parent company runs a moving, storage and facilities operation, so a relocation can be delivered as one project: furniture and equipment moved, network installed, devices set up and users working the next morning, under a single supplier and a single invoice.
