The IT side of a company that already goes everywhere
ArcTech North is the IT services division of Serviceförmedlingen Norr AB — the name means roughly the service agency of the north — org.nr 559280-8793, a Swedish limited company working throughout Sweden and across Scandinavia.
The parent company moves people and things for a living. Removals, storage, industrial cleaning and facilities work, with its own vehicles and its own directly employed staff, in northern Sweden and in the Stockholm region. The IT division started because the same customers kept asking: the office being relocated also needed its network rebuilt, and the company with no IT department needed someone to run Microsoft 365 properly.
That origin is why we are unusual in one specific way. Sending qualified people to a site anywhere in the country is an extension of something the business already does daily, not an exception that has to be priced as one. It is also why a relocation and the IT setup can be delivered together, under a single supplier and a single invoice.
Today the IT division works in two directions: directly for businesses that need onsite support and managed Microsoft 365, and as a subcontracted delivery partner for larger IT service providers holding client contracts in regions where they have no staff of their own.
How we work
You contract with one Swedish limited company. The entity on the agreement is the entity on the invoice, verifiable in the Swedish company register.
Assignments outside Sweden are staffed through local employment partners, so payroll, insurance and collective agreement obligations sit correctly in the host country.
On subcontracted work our technicians operate inside your ticketing system and escalation paths, and can present under your brand where the contract requires it.
Data centre and technical space cleaning is delivered jointly by the IT division and the parent company's industrial cleaning staff, to a written scope agreed before entry.
In Sweden, technicians are our own employees rather than subcontractors hired in for the job, so the chain of responsibility stops with us. Outside Sweden the technician is employed by our local partner in the host country, which is a different arrangement and is described as such.
Replacement and cover for a placed technician is our responsibility, not the client's.
We sign non-disclosure and mutual non-solicitation agreements before scoping.

- Technicians in Sweden are our own employees. Work is not passed on to subcontractors.

- ID06 registered. Technicians can be background checked before assignment where a client requires it.
- Cross-border delivery
- Assignments outside Sweden are staffed through local employment partners, with correct payroll, insurance and collective agreement compliance in the host country.
- Data protection
- GDPR compliant. We sign data processing agreements and non-disclosure agreements before engagement.
- Invoicing
- Invoices issued in SEK or EUR. EU business-to-business reverse charge applied where applicable.
