Privacy policy

What we collect, why we hold it, how long we keep it, and how to make us delete it. Last updated 08 September 2026.

This site collects very little. There are no cookies, no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking pixels on any page. Nothing you do here is profiled, and nothing is shared with an advertising network.

The personal data we hold comes from three places: the enquiry form, correspondence by email or telephone, and job applications sent to us by people looking for work.

What we collect and why

WhatWhy we hold itLegal basisHow long
Enquiry form Your name, company, email address, telephone number, the subject you selected and the message you wrote, so that we can answer you. Legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, and steps taken at your request before entering a contract. 24 months from the last contact, then deleted.
Email and telephone Correspondence about an enquiry, a quotation or an assignment. Legitimate interest, or performance of a contract once one exists. 24 months, or the length of the contract plus 24 months.
Job applications Your CV and the contact and work-history details in it, so we can consider you for current and future assignments. Consent, which you give by sending the application and can withdraw at any time. 24 months, then deleted. Sooner if you ask.
Accounting records Invoices and the contact details attached to them. Legal obligation under the Swedish Accounting Act. Seven years, as the Act requires.
Web server logs Kept automatically by our hosting provider: IP address, time of request, page requested, browser identifier. We do not use them for analytics. Legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and available. As set by the hosting provider, typically weeks rather than months.

Who else sees it

A short list, and no advertising networks on it.

  • Our hosting and email provider. The site and the mailbox are hosted in Sweden. The provider processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement.

  • Google Fonts. The typeface on this site is served by Google. Your browser requests the font file from Google’s servers, which means your IP address reaches Google as part of that request. Nothing else about you is sent, and no cookie is set. If you would rather this did not happen, the font can be served from our own server instead — ask, and we will.

  • Local employment partners. For a cross-border assignment, and only once you have agreed to be put forward for it, we pass a candidate’s details to our employment partner in the host country so they can employ you there.

  • Clients, for candidates only. A CV goes to a client when you have agreed to it for that specific role. Never before.

  • Our accountant, and authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal data, we do not trade it, and we do not use it to train anything. Data stays in the EU and EEA, apart from the Google Fonts request described above.

Your rights

Email us and we will act within one month.

  • See what we hold. Ask for a copy of your personal data.

  • Correct it. Have anything inaccurate put right.

  • Have it deleted. We will delete it unless the law requires us to keep it, which in practice only applies to accounting records.

  • Restrict or object. Ask us to stop a particular use, including any processing we base on legitimate interest.

  • Take it with you. Receive it in a portable, machine-readable format.

  • Withdraw consent. For a job application, at any time, with no reason given and no effect on anything else.

If we get it wrong, complain to Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), the Swedish data protection authority. You can do that without going through us first.

Questions about your data

Ask, and you get a straight answer from the company that holds it rather than a form to fill in.
