What does managing Microsoft 365 actually involve?
It covers tenant configuration, identity and access in Entra ID, licence assignment, device enrolment and policy through Intune, security baselines such as conditional access and multi-factor authentication, and the ongoing user administration behind joiners, movers and leavers.
Where do you deliver Microsoft 365 work?
Remote work is delivered anywhere in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. Where a project needs someone physically present — device handover, a site migration, network changes — we combine it with our onsite field service so one supplier covers both halves.
What is Windows Autopilot used for?
Autopilot lets a new device configure itself. The machine ships directly to the user, who signs in with their work account, and the device enrols in Intune and applies its policies and applications without IT touching it. For distributed organisations it removes most of the cost of a hardware refresh.
Why does PowerShell automation matter?
Most of the cost in a support contract is repetitive administration: creating accounts, assigning licences, pulling reports, applying the same change to hundreds of objects. PowerShell turns those into scripted operations that run consistently, which lowers both error rates and the hours you pay for.
Can you take over an existing tenant?
Yes. We start with a documented review of the current configuration — identity, licensing, device enrolment state and security posture — and give you a written list of what is misconfigured, what is unused and what is exposed, before agreeing what to change.
Do you work as a subcontractor to other IT providers?
Yes. We are often brought in as specialist capacity on M365, Entra ID and Intune projects for providers whose own team is generalist or fully committed, working under their contract with the end client.
