The problem in the north is not technical. It is that most suppliers have nobody within three hours of the site, so every visit carries travel time and a surcharge, and a two-hour job becomes a day.
We run an operating base here rather than dispatching from the south. That is the whole reason a site above the 64th parallel can be quoted like any other, and it is why IT service providers who hold a client contract in Norrland subcontract the field work to us instead of flying someone up.

Do you cover Norrland and the interior?
Yes. Skellefteå is our northern operating base, and it exists because most national suppliers concentrate staff around Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. Sites in Västerbotten, Norrbotten and the interior are ordinary working days for us rather than exceptions priced as travel.
How far north do you actually go?
Routinely to Luleå, Umeå and the inland municipalities, and on to Kiruna and Gällivare for scheduled and project work. Response windows are agreed per site because they depend on distance, and we quote realistic times rather than headline numbers we cannot hold.
Can you support industrial sites?
Yes. Much of the work in the north is at industrial and utility premises rather than offices: access-controlled sites, technicians who can be background checked before assignment, and ID06 registration already in place through the parent company.
