IT resourcing for service providers
You hold the client anywhere in Sweden or Scandinavia. We supply the technician, employ them correctly in the country where they work, and invoice you as a single Swedish vendor.
IT service providers win contracts covering sites they cannot reach. Opening an entity, running payroll and managing employment law in another country for one or two technicians is rarely worth it. That is the gap we fill.
Three engagement models
| Model | Best for | How it is billed | Commitment |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dispatch | Occasional work at sites you cannot reach | Per visit or per hour, against an agreed response window | None |
| Resident technician | A site needing daily or near-daily presence | Fixed monthly rate per technician | Rolling monthly, notice period agreed |
| Project team | Rollouts, migrations and refresh programmes | Fixed price or day rate against a defined scope | Duration of the project |
Send the scope — locations, volumes and required response times — and you get a written capability pack and indicative rates within 24 hours.
Send your scopeHow cross-border placement works
Four steps, and the compliance risk sits with us rather than with you.
Scope and rate
You send the location, the role and the volume. We confirm which collective agreement applies in that country, what it sets as minimum terms, and quote a rate against it in writing.
Recruitment
We source and screen candidates, and present a shortlist with CVs and availability. You interview if you want to; many clients do.
Compliant employment
The technician is employed through a local partner in the host country, with correct payroll, social contributions, insurance and holiday entitlement. Onboarding typically takes about a week.
Delivery and invoicing
The technician works under your processes and ticketing. You receive one invoice from a Swedish limited company, with EU reverse charge applied where relevant.
Common questions
What is IT resourcing?
IT resourcing is supplying qualified technical staff to work under another organisation's direction. The client keeps control of the work and the processes; the supplier handles recruitment, employment, payroll and cover. It is used when a company has demand in a location where it has no staff.
How do you employ technicians outside Sweden?
Through local employment partners in the host country. The technician is employed under that country's law, with correct social contributions, insurance and collective agreement terms, while your contract and invoicing remain with the Swedish entity. This avoids permanent establishment and misclassification risk for both sides.
Why not just engage the technicians as self-employed contractors?
Because for people working fixed hours at a client site under the client's direction, most Nordic authorities treat that as employment regardless of the paperwork. If it is reclassified, unpaid social contributions and penalties fall on whoever engaged them. We employ properly instead.
What are your rates?
Rates are quoted per assignment, because the cost base changes with the country, the applicable collective agreement and the seniority of the technician. Send the scope and you get indicative rates in writing within 24 hours.
What happens if a technician leaves?
Replacement is our responsibility, not yours. That is the main reason companies use a resourcing partner rather than hiring directly in a location where they have no HR presence.
Do you sign non-solicitation and confidentiality agreements?
Yes. We expect to sign an NDA before scoping, and we work under mutual non-solicitation covering both your clients and any technician we introduce.
Send the scope
Locations, headcount and start date is enough to get indicative rates back within 24 hours. We will sign an NDA first if you prefer.
